With my background in Accounting, I understand my clients attention to finance. My goal as a seller's representative is to exclusively assess; market and help ease the negotiation process for each unique home. I also experienced negotiations with first time home buyers during my years of working for a home builder. This experience helped me learn the market for both moderate to custom built homes. I know of the importance the attention to detail when it comes to choosing your home as my position required of decision making for new construction model homes in color selections.

Jeannette Wilson resides in Anahuac, Texas, her home for thirty years. She is married to her best friend of thirty-three plus years, a proud mother of two daughters, and a Nana to six precious grandchildren. She loves family gatherings where good food, music, and fun are sure to be had; sitting in her chair listening to jazz music while writing, or reading; and watching thriller action movies. Jeannette worked in the legal field for many years before answering the call of educator. She had the privilege of educating middle school students for ten years helping them to realize their potential and their struggle to succeed in this unfair world. When that season ended, she became a realtor to help people discover a place to call home or to move on to their next step. A home is more than somewhere to live. Pat is a retired educator previously working at Sheldon ISD, San Jacinto College, and College of the Mainland. She is a graduate of the University of Houston and has a Bachelor of Science (Magna cum Laude) and a Masters of Science in the areas of technology and occupational education. With a love of life-long learning and a love of research, Pat stays up-to-date in market trends to assure she is serving her clients' needs. She also brings from teaching a skill of taking complex information to a level of understanding; thereby, helping her clients navigate the complex world of real estate. As a native Houstonian, Pat has lived in the Houston area most of her life and knows the area well.
