Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years. My Husband Jim, who retired as a Sgt. with the Houston Police Dept. after serving 27 years of honorable service. We have 3 children, James Jr. who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is now serving as Commander in the naval reserves while working as a pilot in the training division of Southwest Airlines. Our son Jarred is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Education. He teaches Geograpy and is a Baseball/Football coach in the Conroe ISD. Our daughter Maegan who graduated from Sam Houston State University is also a teacher and has recently completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. We are also the proud grandparents of 5 boys, one girl,4 grand dogs and our little Yorkie Poo Sophie.

Welcome to my About Me :) I'm a Houston/Alvin native. Born and raised here with the exception of living in Clearwater, Florida for a few years when I was younger. I graduated from Manvel High School in 2010 then spent a few years at ACC trying to decide what I wanted to do. Started with some basics, tossed around the idea of getting a degree in Business but ended up leaving a certified Pharmacy Technician. I had my daughter not long after and decided to stay home with her! After a few years at home and marrying my junior high sweetheart, I started working as a receptionist for an industrial company in Pasadena until I had our second child.
